If your order is incorrect or items arrive damaged, you may request a return within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange a replacement for any incorrect or damaged items. Please note that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.
Change of Address
Please ensure the delivery address you provide at checkout and in your order confirmation is accurate. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately.
We may accept address change requests only if submitted and confirmed before the order has shipped.
If the request is received after shipping, we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or invalid addresses and cannot be held liable for any associated loss.
Lost Parcels
We do not offer refunds if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
If an item is lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will work with the shipping company and consider a full refund on a case-by-case basis.
